Positive work environment, on-the-job training, forward thinking, environmentally friendly, proactive sustainability solutions for those who are interested. Help finding housing on the mountain. Car pooling on snow days. Fantastic work life balance and brilliant senior management.
Cons
My workplace is with the county, but the city where it is located is responsible for the roads in the winter to clear a path through the snow to my job site up on the mountain. My employer, of course, did not penalize me for being late, but the city should take care of this issue.
