Employees outside Europe are hired under consulting contracts, which means significantly fewer legal protections than their European counterparts. Termination can happen without notice or explanation. There are also very limited career development opportunities for people based outside Denmark. Growth paths seem to exist primarily at headquarters. The company presents well externally, but the experience for non-European employees can be very different from what the brand suggests.
