Well, where do I start? Underpaid? Yes Overworked? Most definitely Managers don't care about your health and wellness? That too. They only see the $$ signs. You don't matter. You're replaceable. Contract? Yes, 0 hour. How much notice? 1 day because that's their attitude, take it or leave it. Underperforming? Well, you better prepare yourself for the meeting with the managers who will shot you down and make you feel like scum. Got a problem and feel down about it? Don't bring that into work. They will tell you to grow up and get on with work(and then monitor you and make you feel worse at the sightest issue for underperforming) Overall, the worse, most stressful place I ever worked. I seen people come and go, labeled as useless for not being able to keep up. As a healthy, fit, clinically sane, well functioning and smart man, this place made me lose weight from the pressure of management. (To where my family started getting worried) They give you these 'perks' which are nothing but lies to mask up and make you endure the torture it is because it's 'so good to work for Darkside' I left shortly after coming to someone in management for help as I felt like I didn't want to wake up no more... Only to be ignored. Top man 👍
