Actual work is not what you'll expect.
No or very very limited professional growth.
Promotions are rare and subjective. Expect salary to be stagnant for at least 2 or 3 years. Your passion to work, hard work and performance will only contribute a small factor.
Cronyism and Nepotism exist!
Micromanagement.
Employees are demotivated and undervalued.
"Quick" to blame employees.
Employees, for them, are dispensable.
Deceitful.
Does not seem to care on the welfare of its employees.
Worsens during COVID-19 pandemic, even if work at home is feasible - they will not make ways to make this happen for the majority of the employees who are able to wfh - even for the span of pandemic only or even just for the safety of their employees. Their reasons do not justify their actions.
It seems they generally just do not trust their employees.
Limited benefits compared to other company.
