Pros

Hires fresh graduates as they have low salary grade. Work is Monday to Friday.

Cons

Actual work is not what you'll expect. No or very very limited professional growth. Promotions are rare and subjective. Expect salary to be stagnant for at least 2 or 3 years. Your passion to work, hard work and performance will only contribute a small factor. Cronyism and Nepotism exist! Micromanagement. Employees are demotivated and undervalued. "Quick" to blame employees. Employees, for them, are dispensable. Deceitful. Does not seem to care on the welfare of its employees. Worsens during COVID-19 pandemic, even if work at home is feasible - they will not make ways to make this happen for the majority of the employees who are able to wfh - even for the span of pandemic only or even just for the safety of their employees. Their reasons do not justify their actions. It seems they generally just do not trust their employees. Limited benefits compared to other company. A lot more. Read the Cons made by other employees, they're all true.

Pros

Co-workers About 2% chance to travel abroad

Cons

Employees are constantly resigning, which says a lot about the company. Check how many senior, new, or junior employees have left. Promotions are slow, and when they do happen, the raises are laughably small and insulting! Don’t expect any career growth—you’re stuck in the same role for years with absolutely no clear path forward. Upper management is focused on politics and their own self-interests. They couldn’t care less about you, have no appreciation for hard work, and offer no real support for career development. This leads to chaos and is reflected in the quality of deliverables. Employees are treated as expendable. Pay increase is insulting for regular employees but extremely high and beneficial for top management and leaders next to them. I can say more but my advice: If you value your career, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Look elsewhere, where companies and management truly value and respect their employees. This place is a dead-end.
