      - micromanagement to the extreme - the managers are the owners, already a recipe for disaster - moody owners bring their personal drama to the office (they are dating each other smh) - unempathic towards employees - more words than actions to improve morale - big headed bosses who think they are always right - bootlicking encouraged - always defensive against employees feedback - arrogant and ill-mannered bosses snapping at any moment - highly tensed environment
