      Distrusting management and little room for personal growth

      Pros

      - 6 weeks vacation - Relatively well respected company name as mentioned in another review, although I suspect that is mainly for historical reasons at this point.

      Cons

      - Low salary compared to other companies in the same industry, including customers. - Assignments can often lock you into unexpected long commutes without adequate compensation. - Management rarely able to answer seemingly simple questions. - Management seems to actively distrust and devalue employees. - Odds of getting assignments that fall well outside your preferred technical field are significantly higher than 0. - Almost no seniors left in the company.

      Stay away from this company. Management is the worst I experienced

      -Easy to get hired, they are desperate to get people. -6 weeks vacation -Other companies think surprisingly high of employees from Data Respons so good chances to land your next job

      Cons

      -The worst leaders I have yet met in my professional career -Micro or even nano management and extreme trust issues -Your manager is your worst enemy sometimes -They are used to work with kids coming out of school so they forgot how to deal with adults. -You will work with whatever your manager manages to sell your work to. You have no control over what it can be nor where.

      Depending on projects, work can be very varied touching many different technologies. A very open work culture and nice people everywhere.

      Cons

      If unlucky, can get stuck in tedious projects, but this applies to likely all consulting
