Everyone is very supportive and willing to help out whenever you ask for assistance. They are always looking for areas to improve upon and open to hearing input from all employees.
Cons
Typical small bumps in the road like with any start up.

Had a great product (Classidocs)that was easily managed and deployed

Dont know what they are doing bought several companies whos technology is dated and no channel strategy Management is self centered
