Pros

Good as a first job to gain experience. Or for people without a family. Overall the team is good and quite professional.

Cons

Managers promote their wives, give little or no information about what's going on in the company. The salary is average, but no insuarnce, no pension plan at all. The statements that people who work hard will be rewarded are not hold true. Management don't treat fairly thosee who they don't like personally.

Pros

None -- the worst experience of my entire career.

Cons

Any reviews that do not expose this company as part of the Russian oligarchy are kidding themselves because they have clearly taken a page directly from Putin's book. I worked on a project where Russian management treated the Ukranian workers with disrespect and disdain. It was the most hostile environment that I have ever worked in, and these are the meanest people that I have ever encountered in my professional career. This is not sour grapes by any means, but when I come across this company on Linked In and such -- I feel like I have to warn others. If you choose to work with or for this company -- you have been warned.

Pros

- Great atmoshpere; - you are treated well because who you are, you are not just a set of qualifications.

Cons

- Very low salary for back-office specialists; - minimal salary reviews for relocation. It's impossible to relocate with $500 gross; - almost impossible to promote for a back office specialist; - in crises, company forgets about its' "people first" corporate culture. "Business first, you're not needed anymore" - that's the truth I faced with.
