      Pros

      The team leads of data engineers and data scientists are excellent specialists who can always explain things clearly. The corporate culture is well-developed. They hire juniors, making it a great place for a first job for a year or two.

      Cons

      Reviews happen no more than once a year. More frequent reviews are possible, but the approval process will be very lengthy. Communication with the main co-founder, Sheremeta, is very difficult.
