      Pros

      Definitely feels like family, but not in the way some family owned situations are. The owners seem to sincerely care about employees all the way down. Will encourage and provide opportunities for growth .

      Cons

      Sometimes they give people too many chances. Definitely going through growing pains. Their is a bit of a divide between field staff and office staff.

      No systems in place, highly disorganized. No raises or bonuses. Lack of technology and training.
