- Great team atmosphere - Good pay and benefits - High flexibility on hours - Fully remote setup - Lots of traveling
Cons
Debut operates as a startup in a fast paced environment. It's to be expected in communications/events client work but it may not be fitting for everyone.

Pros
Lots of very strong talent and a combination of very friendly, smart, and great people to work with. High learning rate and great experience to grow in your career. The leadership team is very supportive and the different departments work very well together. Everyone is cared for in this company, a great place and vibe.
Cons
Fully remote - which some people may find a bit difficult. It's a place with no micro-management, giving people responsibility to make sure their work is done.
