      coming from a completely different industry, the entire team here at dedicated has been incredibly helpful, and super genuine, the transition to this job was extremely smooth and had plently of help with every question asked

      Pros

      Dedicated IT offers a collaborative environment that encourages the technicians to expand their knowledge and skills. As an on-site technician, there is freedom to bring new ideas that will take pressure off of the client and provide simplicity to the technicians during troubleshooting efforts. Dedicated IT has an "all-hands-on-deck" approach to resolving company-wide incidents that empowers their on-site technicians to be confident.

      Cons

      As an on-site technician outside of Dedicated IT's HQ, it is a challenge to feel included in office festivities and to become acquainted with peers. However, DIT does make events available to employees residing outside of Florida to attend events and will setup virtual events as well, such as the virtual game nights for out-of-state employees.
