Hello Reviewer, it is unfortunate that you end up using Glassdoor as your stress ball. Yes we do encounter some disturbences in the dates of salary but nothing close to what you fakely put. if we do treat our employees unprofessionaly i donot know how we are still a NASSCOM certified organization enrout for a CMM-3 certificate this year... so i feel needless to respond to your pathectily put false aligations. hope you find professionalism towards your future employers best wishes "dumb kiddo"

Hello Reviewer, We find it appalling to see a personal dissatisfaction vented out on social pages...Bypassing your vendetta against us and coming to the points you mentioned on the review are a bit factually incorrect-- 1> if you have the bond clause triggered in your settlement that means that you were under training (keeping aside if you were or were not satisfied with it) and were not a permanent employee. 2> yes if you do consider us with IBM and Infosys we are poor..very much so.. but we have a dream to grow and pay on 1st of every month.. but if you do see the bigger picture that non of the 40 employees have any due salaries or if we could settle payments by the 10th of every month... As a start up.. i think we have not done that bad.. 3> poor behaviours in the team, well it completely depends on how you persevere the conditions a very candid discussion from ones end can mean rude to the other..so i dont have much to say on if you are soft and touchy ... but i am pretty sure no one has ever shouted or scolded any of the fresher batches as we do expect you will make a mistake.. 4> NO WE DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING ... lol how would we...else we would not have selected you if you did not want to join us.. WE do have a open door policy that any employee can approach any layer of management on any matters... and we did find some very good solutions that help us and also the employee to grow i am not sure why you found it too difficult to communicate when everything was at your disposal Regards Ronny
