It's a good company to learn from, but there's a bit of a dictatorial atmosphere.

They provide timely salaries and maintain a good work-life balance.
Cons
I felt there was a dictatorial atmosphere, and I couldn't retrieve my PF account money because they didn't assist me. They also didn't care about how far you had to travel, even if it was 70 km; you had to come in every day. Additionally, the rules changed frequently, like the seasons.
