      shiny outside, poisonous inside

      Pros

      it was initially a friendly place to work in you will meet some individuals there (employees) who are really wonderful people you will see all the token "cool" culture signs

      Cons

      extremely political and petty some of the key people are little people with big egos and questionable ethics if you are an ID considering this place, RUN projects assignments and performance reviews are given on the basis of which social group you are part of i have seen at least 5 nice, competent people who left after bearing the brunt of management politics: the place destroyed their self esteem and crucified them

      Extra curricular activities, Smoking hangouts (more than work), cricket hangouts, IPL satta, flying kites, luddo championships, and most importantly - NO WORK!

      Pros

      You honestly can't ask for a better job. If you're thinking about applying; stop thinking and apply. DL is not only a great place to begin any career, it is also a wonderful place to develop a successful career. Culture is wonderful and employees are encouraged to be innovators in everything they do.Great atmosphere, management is honest and trustworthy, quality benefits.
