      Zero growth for non mandarin speakers

      1. Good work life balance. 2. Lot of time for self learning.

      Cons

      1. Sinior management are totally incompetent. 2. No real projects. 3. Most meetings are done in mandarin, so mostly you need to understand it from others briefings. 4. Too much hierarchy.

      Normally no overtime required. Some colleages are nice and supportive.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and zero career progression. Micromanagement culture is rampant. Company enforces rigid in-office attendance. Zero flexibility for serious health conditions. The core code is obsolete, but the boss and tech lead lacks the technical understanding about that.
