      Hardworking team Company looks ambitious from the outside

      Lack of clear direction from CEO, change policies so frequently High turnover, especially among experienced staff Unprofessional management style negatively affects morale and confidence Roles and responsibilities are unclear, leading to confusion and inefficiencies

      Great potential, but very poor and toxic management

      Pros

      Technology department - Passionate engineers - Compassionate supervisor - Great teamwork Sales department - Good communication with one another - Works very hard to win bulk tenders and projects Operations department - Operations colleagues have great communication skills internally and externally Finance department - Not sure, did not work too closely with Finance HR department - Very friendly and compassionate people - Have deep knowledge with company & MOM policies - Very approachable

      Cons

      CEO does not have good chemistry with all of us. Spends too much effort in scolding everyone, rather than actually working out a solution to the company's problems. CEO is too sales-driven, despite being a leader in a System Integrator company. His toxicity is spreading to the BU heads, hence these people are unconsciously being toxic to their subordinates. It is a shame as these people are actually good at their jobs and have good character. Those aspiring engineers looking to learn about Day 1 or Day 2 implementation in IT infrastructure and build their skills should look away, and find another company.
