Pros
- People were awesome - Small team so you wear many hats and learn a lot - LinkedIn Learning is free - 3 weeks PTO on your 3rd year at the company
Cons
- Poor management - Acquired by American Software and became 2nd class citizens to Logility - Sales channel is not internal but through partners - High expectations with below-average pay and benefits

Pros
DMI has some great people but that is all. There is not one single other positive about this place. Not even being owned by Logility (American Software) as they are just as much trash as DMI.
Cons
- President - Just a terrible human with no long term vision - No staff - Everyone who worked here is extremely overworked. - Supposedly DMI sells through a “VAR” channel but there is no actual channel. Just some independent contractors who are continually berated by the President who is the only person whose decision matters. - No leadership, at all. - Product is terrible. - Cloud solution does not work well. - Product is insanely overpriced for what you are actually buying. - Parent company could care less about DMI. Will likely merge them under the Logility brand at some point and just be done with DMI.
