Ok company - Software Developer Demand Management Employee Review

Paid vacation, Personal days off, 401k, Health Insurance including vision and dental

Employees are warming a seat, no growth opportunities, 1950's style management, executives only worried about their personal wallet growth

Used to be a good place to work, hard to find any current positive things to say about it.

Management seems to be making employee hostile moves that make no sense to the people who work there. They've fired (for no cause) multiple decade veterans of the company to "reallocate resources", and then immediately afterward are making plans for an expensive and totally unnecessary and wasteful office redesign.
