Pros
PTO is decent although they make you feel like crap for taking it.
Cons
Such a small company and such a lack of compassion and empathy for its employees. The PTO is good, but they complain when you take it and make it difficult by denying your requested days off. They don’t respect your off days either. No room for growth. Difficult to work with the principal of the company. Discriminates against black culture and people that are overweight. Work life balance is null and voided at this company. Pay is good for some but horrible for others. No equality here. The men are on top, the women are crapped on which sucks considering that the owner/principal of the company is a woman.
