Pros

I have worked at DWD for almost 4 years now and enjoy working here for many reasons. Below are just a few. - Very technically strong team full of cool people. - Your work will be challenging and unique. - Awesome proprietary technology for building and managing websites. - CEO is very passionate and takes pride in the company. - You have the ability to earn stock in the company. - Good pay and benefits. Overall a very good company to work for and a great place to learn and excel.

Cons

The team at DWD is small and sometimes the workload can be overwhelming but never too much to handle.

Pros

Can't think of any. Maybe the occasional free lunch?

Cons

I worked for this company just short of 6 months. When I started, I was excited to be working on what I thought was revolutionary technology and an amazing opportunity to expand my marketing experience with a company with expressed innovative company culture. Shortly after, I realized it was all fake. First of all, the CEO is a major type-A personality, that was short tempered (causing him to cuss and blow up at employees and clients alike), micro manager, that was erratic and unpredictable and consistently showed up to the office intoxicated. The work was juvenile when it comes to modern marketing and the software was nowhere close to being ready to use, despite of what I was told when interviewed. Moral was consistently low in the office and everyone was always walking on eggshells around the CEO. Then when the company starts to fail because of sales and the software not working, the CEO was forced to lay off a third of the company. After being laid off, I immediately requested unemployment to survive during the holiday season when a lot of companies are not hiring. The company waited TWO MONTHS to file my wages, then it takes the unemployment office another 4-6 weeks to actually send any unemployment money. For someone who claimed to be so upset about having to lay off a THIRD of his company for his own mistakes, it certainty doesn't show. Avoid this company by all costs. Poor management, poor work conditions, terrible moral, and clearly no basic respect for employees.
