Owner Writes False Reviews on Glassdoor

Pros

The owner is writing reviews on Glassdoor, identifying as a "Pilot". Read the company website and then read some of the "Pilot" reviews. The reviews essentially regurgitate the text on the website. This is not surprising.

Cons

This company has a grand facade....all the way down to the reviews on Glassdoor.

Deceptive, Poorly Managed Company, No Sense of Direction – Favoritism

Company pays well, good benefits...makes it hard to leave, even after discovering the CEO’s true colors and inability to lead.

Cons

There is a lack of good leadership and processes; the employee turnover rate is not normal – one department has 100% turnover since Jan 2016 of at least nine people, in a company of 30+/- people. The CEO micromanages, then blames employees and makes excuses for herself. We cannot all be wrong…. the only constant in this, is the CEO. Something is terribly wrong with the way the business is being managed. She will accuse professionals with degrees, many years of experience in their field and advanced credentials, of not having any skills. I witnessed her hurt people, break them down and even make some cry. I feel bad for the Department Managers (aka GM’s) …it was disturbing to see how horribly she controlled them, all while demeaning them and their staff.
