Pros
I love my job. Working with homeowner to create their dream home. I love managing the subcontractors and building working relationships with suppliers. designing and building homes for people is truly rewarding.
Cons
Jobs can fluctuate depending on the market. Sometimes we are building several homes at a time. We can have down times where we go a couple of months in between jobs.
