Our company has high requirements for Project Managers' team and we expect them to provide high level of communication and visibility, because we trust them with building long-term relationships with clients. But we don't want them to answer 24/7 and we teach our clients to respect time of our specialists. It's unfortunate, that you faced such challenge as overtime during the work with Dev-Pro: it's part of life, when you're working in outsourcing business. We try hard to reduce those cases, but we can't get rid of them permanently. And we really appreciate dedication of our team to work extra, so Dev-Pro compensates time spent on overtime with 1.5 rate in Ukraine. Thanks for your review. Since 2014 so many things have changed. Here at Dev-Pro, we appreciate PM work a lot. We're organizing internal and external workshops, conferences for PMs and BAs, constantly improving educational initiatives, supporting PMP certification programs, involving PMs into company development and we're proud to see them grow. In 2018 we launched PMO to accumulate knowledge and establish a knowledge-sharing process. As for processes in general, they're now well-established as such quick growth as ours is impossible without them. We would love to see you again in our team to check the updates!
