I liked DevEire’s flat management structure which meant there was high degree of autonomy and this encouraged a team spirit that felt more like being one of the family. The work hours were flexible and there were never any issues with working from home. Nice level of health insurance cover for the whole family as well as a comprehensive pension package. Support for further education. Provided me with full support through an MSc .
Cons
Due to expansion and the fast pace of having to meet constant deadlines new staff may struggle if they unable to fit into the environment which is a lot faster than the norm which suits those who like less direct day to day supervision.
