Pros
You can get hired easily
Cons
They say that a sign of a toxic company is that they are always hiring, this is your sign. If you get hired as a "trainee", throw all your expectations out of the drain. There will be no "training" happening. You will be bound by the companies' 3 years lock in period, but even after you finish those 3 years you still have additional 2 years of non compete agreement. That is 5 years of wasted career potential. If you will not finish the 3 years lock in period you will be fined 3 million Philippine pesos. They say those figures comes from the supposed "training" materials. Do note that you will have no trainor or training, you'll be left to self study the product (zoho) and most of those materials can be accessed by the pulic in zoho site, and youtube. There are lots of micro management, to the point that the company specifically hired a guy just to do that task. If you are a competent enough and finish tasks faster than the allotted time for that task you'll get nagged because you have wasted an additional source of income for the company, but if you do the opposite and finish a task much later than the given time you'll be nagged again for ruining the companies image. The company is so toxic that almost all of the employees are only staying there because of the lock in period. There are selected few (can be counted with one finger) that have stayed there for a long time, but it is important to note that one of them is a relative of the owner. Because almost all qualifed employees leave after finishing their contracts, ther company is now lacking personnel for senior roles. They like experimenting with their rules so much that they forget to write memos about those changed rules. Even though there are no memos they'll expect you to follow their new rules as if you are some mind reader. The co owner wants to meddle with the development cycle even though he has no clues about how the product work, and the implications of the things that he wants to be done.
