      Pros

      The company has a lot of really smart employees working there! People are very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Management is very chaotic and makes decisions willy nilly without any real process. The company as a whole is allergic to process or leadership or accountability. Many projects go unfinished. Too much concentration in one major client.
