100% transparency from Senior Management. A culture that takes care of the employee and continue to learn and improve yourself and the company. The company works for the employee and always works toward the goal of the employee.
Cons
The only con to work here is that you need to learn and get better at your profession ;)

Sometimes adhoc projects. Many Juniors various code quality.
