- They don't provide any training whatsoever. This makes it extremely hard for anyone to do their job, especially if they're new to the company &/or industry. - When they say, "We encourage you to find special projects & start working on them in your down time" what they really mean is, "If you want to keep your job, then you better come up with something that will help the company & make it happen." - Everyone is extremely rigid here & it's hard to break into their cliques; unless you're very intelligent and can understand their 'jokes'. - Only a select few get offices (like up management) & everyone else sits in a big room with desks pushed up next to each other (no cubes to give you privacy). - They expect you to work late even if they say otherwise.

I wouldn't trust any of the recent positive reviews. The company was sold to new owners at the start of 2022 and most of the existing staff left within the first month due to their abrasive management style. Several who haven't left have one foot out the door. One of the positive reviews lists a job title of 'Cyber Security Team Lead' - it's a small company (much smaller now) and no such position exists. Potentially fake reviews aside, Devis has become a different company and lost its culture, its mission, and the values it stood for. You should work there if you enjoy being condescended to in multiple ways within the span of a single conversation, being told that an outside consultant could do your job better than you, and being given random tasks outside your normal responsibilities that you should have assumed needed to be done yesterday.
