      Insane talent density. Working on an important problem. Interesting technical challenges and everyone has a ton of agency

      It's a startup! The ups and downs are real, the nights can be long, etc.

      Pros

      Great startup to contribute alot. Lots to learn through exposure from different industries. Everyone is working hard to get this rocket ship going.

      Cons

      May not be suited for those not open to fast paced environment, which comes with typical startup pressure. Not much benefits as well (for now at least during the early stage).

      The company does not offer the traditional benefits typically provided by local Philippine companies. The fast-paced, startup environment brings its own set of pressures.
