Pros
Not may pros to count. Sometimes the people you work with are knowledgeable. Seems to be enough work to stay busy.
Cons
The vans are garbage. The tools that they do have are junk 80% of the time. Most of the management team doesn't care about what's going on in the field besides "what's taking so long". And a raise or taking a vacation is out if the question unless you're a paper pusher. Benefits are a joke.
