      Worst Workplace in Bangladesh

      Pros

      Nothing. This is the worst place to work in BD. I wish nobody has the misfortune of working here.

      Cons

      This is a one man company. The CEO, CTO , HR are just one person. The CTO attack the developer verbally. No work life balance. You won't be able to sit quitely a single moment. The CTO will motion you in his CCTV camera whole time and call you instantly. He will also monitor your PC.

      no pros. trust me there is not a single pros in this company.

      Cons

      no life no work limit the guy Mehedi is the owner of this company. he is nothing but some sort of mentality sick. he act like you work on a prison cell. always monitor you via camera and lan pc that what you are doing, And the food he provides is another joke. you have to work on new development, talk to clients, gather the requirements, solve the problem. and yet you will listen that you have done nothing.
