- Low salary with just the basic benefits - High turnover rate especially during the pandemic - Most of the people are overworked because they don't want to hire more employees - Still operates as a start-up despite having more than a decade of experience in the industry - Tends to keep clients who are low-ballers just for the sake of "friendship". These clients then turned out to be the most demanding. - Will only hire people when all of the employees' work basket are full, instead of hiring in advance to preserve the quality of work done by the people. - Very low or no salary increase at all despite good annual performance.
