      No advantages. Besides the fact that they try to trick you in every possible way.

      Cons

      Not a serious company to work for. Beware of all the frills and the nice website that makes it look legit : it is not.

      Worst job of my life.

      Pros

      No late payments. Good colleagues but most of them are not working there anymore

      Cons

      The CEO is very egocentric, you can't really have a normal dialogue with him. He simply is unable to talk to his employees. Meetings are many and mostly useless. Don't waste your time on this job.

      -quick hiring process -salary arrives on time

      Cons

      COMPANY -unpaid overtime -low salaries -lack of processes and organization CEO -CEO that doesn't respect anyone -verbal and psychological abuse on meetings -apparent mental health issues and manic episodes on weekly basis -often contradicts himself and changes his mind in the middle of a project -"doesn't believe in contracts", sending just a vague email as an agreement
