- if you are leaving from organization then Notice perios is 2 month. but they can fire in 15 days without any notice becasuse they got cheaper developer.
- In office there is 3 or 4 people working. those are their releative. and other 15 employee working remotely so they can hire and fire any-time. All project is in Maintainace mode.
- Extremely rude, unprofessional, planning-less management
- Poor management
- No planning of work.
- Master slave attitude of managers.
- Poor Infrastructure
- No facilities for employees.
- No canteen
- Poor systems and network [Even the internet speed at you home would be better then its provided over here]
- Never allowed to use your skills and knowledge.
- Believe in "Hard work" instead of "Smart work"
- Unrealistic deadlines.
