Consistently deducts you for contributions but does not remit to the proper government agency like SSS and PhilHealth. They will always say this will be fixed in the next month but just empty promise. They have been trying to fix this "by next month" for more than 20 months already!
Very hard to talk to once you are not their employees anymore. They do not care about you anymore and rarely responds to message.
I talked to like 4 top management and every month I asked for an update the previous person I am talking to has left the company. So, after talking to the new person, come next month, I learned that he/she has also left the company. So, I will be passed to another one who will leave the company next month again. Seems like every one is jumping ship.
