I made a career change to come work for Direct Surety - the leadership team has been extremely helpful in bringing myself and all new employees up to speed. A huge part of the reason I commute from San Jose to Foster City is because of the people I get to work with. All staff members have the"What can I do to help you" attitude to be sure all team players are successful. The kitchen is well stocked with snacks and drinks of all sorts.
