There is an executive leadership problem. In an organization of about 50 employees, there are 11 on the "leadership team." Too many chiefs... Very high turnover, roughly 10+ experienced, good employees in last 12 months (20%). Paid time off is very low. Health benefits are very expensive. No on-site HR, its outsourced, disorganized, and fractured among at least 3 different companies. Management works the good employees to the point of burnout. Incompetent employees who cannot do the job are left in place. No equal opportunity for career advancement.
