Terrible communication with team on everything

Promises, on all levels. Underpaid and overworked. 9 years experience, and still schooled by a pea-brained coworker who thinks he is management. Manager and CEO on a boat trip while you haul 97 kg fridges out of a container without the proper equipment, by hand, alone. No paid safety shoes, or any gear for that matter. Work accident and you are invited to go back to work the next day. Your doctors opinion does not count, Nor does yours.
