      Great individual culture but leadership struggles with employee burnout

      Pros

      The culture at the individual level is phenomenal - it is a very supportive & creative environment. Highly intelligent, capable, and collaborative contributors at almost every level.

      Cons

      Everyone is burnt out, high employee churn, and leadership is quite messy. They do not seem fully aligned and appear to be far too focused on public appearances/thought leadership branding than resolving their employee turnover problem.

      Great commission structure but lacking managerial support

      Pros

      Comp plan changed at the top of 2026 which has allowed the BD team to make quite a bit in commissions. One of the best comp plans I have seen for a BDR role.

      Cons

      The lack of daily support from managers considering we don't have any frontline managers. Leadership is in no rush to make hires for this position.

      Everyone I’ve met at Docebo has been incredibly pleasant to work with. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed and have experienced a strong sense of togetherness across the organization. I’ve also seen employees have opportunities to grow and advance internally, which has been great to witness. The company is visible, present, and proud of what it’s building, which I think really matters.

      Cons

      Priorities can shift quickly, which is common in fast-paced tech environments. It requires a level of adaptability that may take time to get used to if you’re coming from a more structured setting.
