Pros

Pretty nice colleagues all around, other than that, there's not much going on.

There's a long list, so strap up. 1. Office is equipped on a bare minimum level to sustain work (Printer, Wifi, air-con, fridge, microwave, water filter) 2. The company has a lot of debt and has gone through 2 rounds of pay cuts and retrenchment, under the guise of the CEO saying this is investor direction. 3. Salary comes late - normal employees get it within 7 days after the last date of the month while managers may get it within 10-11 days after the last date. 4. EPF - The company has not been paying for EPF but has been deducting it in payslips like normal. Don't inform employees of this shortcoming and prays that nobody knows. No plan of payment of EPF has been presented to employees. (it's been a year). 5. There's no real direction within the company. Every few months there's a change in direction because of 2 things: 1) The CEO talked with someone and they told him some insights 2) The CEO says that the Investor said to do this, and that. 6. Calling themselves a tech company despite the tech team being in a mess. They outsource tech work to 3rd parties but not pay their vendors on time. 7. The CEO changes direction monthly, the CMO has no clue what he's doing (at the very least from a Marketing standpoint), the COO has no power to make any decisions without CEO approval. Most of the time, all 3 of them don't communicate.

Pros

Good salary and medical allowance on monthly basis. Coworkers are amazing, friendly and very skilled. Plenty of interesting initiatives and tasks to try, regardless of industry. When I initially joined, work-life balance and work culture was much better Due to changes in structure and management, it has worsened.

Cons

Bad management Bad project management Bad leadership (in some teams) Rushed deadlines, lack of realistic planning. HR is irresponsible, slow, extended my probation 2+ times and refused to confirm even after a year. Due to new leadership, I experienced serious burnout within 6 months. Would not recommend until management improves. The damage on mental health was not worth it.
