      No pros Wfh? I guess P.S- all other are paid reviews by the ceo himself

      1. Extremely toxic management 2. Heavy reliance on toxic management 3. They all play blame game but don't realise the flaw is on how the system is managed. 4. No flexibility 5. Fake urgency all the time 6. The leadership wants to know about your work to the very second they'll call you and keep on bothering you because CEOs plan till very second They don't even consider you as a human who might need breaks in workday or a leave 7. Leave is "earned" leave which is 1.25 per month 8. Leaves aren't carried forward 9. There is no end to work and deadlines are everyday 10. They fire anybody and sometimes don't even give the salary they owe

      1. No vision clarity 2. No hierarchy 3. Inexperienced team 4. Bad late-night work culture 5. Expects a lot from you, but no KT will be given 6. Follow service-based company rules like daily clock-in & clock-out time, track task time, write tasks before standup(Worst standup style) 7. HR is tagged every time for small misunderstandings. 8. Worst Workation, you have to work the whole day during the workation 9. Immature tech architecture, no professionalism. They log into production servers, execute queries & jobs, and blame each other for doing the exact same thing. 10. The tech team will show they are super busy, but in reality, they don't do anything productive throughout the day.

      Solving one of the biggest problems in healthcare. Great culture of hard work with a little humor. Diverse team to work with and learn from.

      Early stage startup life is a grind.
