Pros

Hard working employees that really try to do a good job. Some of management, that haven't quit, yet, are really good people.

Cons

Dodge keeps hiring upper management to oversee the departments, because of the high rate of turnover, who don't know what they are doing. They come in and turn the departments upside down. Constant whip cracking and the "more, more, more or else" is not motivating. Making major changes to accounting practices and products without doing the front end work first, so it rolls out seamlessly, is terrible practice. It's not fair to employees and more importantly, to customers.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review on Glassdoor. The DCN HR team is closely connected to our senior leaders and in providing support to our managers and employees. We want to remind you that we do have multiple avenues available to employees for discussing concerns with HR. We encourage all employees to visit any of our internal platforms to identify the appropriate resource. We are aware of the system and process challenges that came about as a result of the merger and have brought people in at all levels with the expertise to not only fix, but also help us set up processes that will support growth and scalability. This is not always easy, but leadership has worked to engage employees in multiple ways and will continue to be transparent in monthly Town Halls, weekly CEO emails and other avenues about any problems/concerns and how they are being addressed. We appreciate your thoughts and wish you the best in the future.

Pros

Some good people I met online as we worked. Not sure who they really are.

Cons

#1 these are fake reviews. We have an off line chat room were we talk about what really goes on. Most of the reviews here are fake. They asked us to write fake reviews and pump up the CEO. This company is a joke and the research stinks. No one cares and we are paid poorly.
