Thank you for taking the time to post a review on Glassdoor. The DCN HR team is closely connected to our senior leaders and in providing support to our managers and employees. We want to remind you that we do have multiple avenues available to employees for discussing concerns with HR. We encourage all employees to visit any of our internal platforms to identify the appropriate resource. We are aware of the system and process challenges that came about as a result of the merger and have brought people in at all levels with the expertise to not only fix, but also help us set up processes that will support growth and scalability. This is not always easy, but leadership has worked to engage employees in multiple ways and will continue to be transparent in monthly Town Halls, weekly CEO emails and other avenues about any problems/concerns and how they are being addressed.
