Pros
This is a great company to work for because they are supportive of employees, especially those facing family, health or personal issues. They give time off and offer whatever assistance is needed. Kindness goes a long way!
Cons
The warehouse workers are all from temp agencies, so they sometimes complain about not getting hired full-time. However, whenever there are FT job available, they give preference the temps who have good work ethics.
