Organisation are severely understaffed. This meant long queues and delays during peak times

Plenty of other staff that are being exploited and mistreated so you know you are not alone

Cons

Terrible management and terrible food standards with ceos who visit regularly and don't help the staff, franchisees are the worst as any fool with money can become a franchisee
