      Pros

      Very standard organization. No politics and everyone is working as team. Very stable organization.

      Cons

      Must be able to do multitask. Slow movement in salary adjustment yearly. Annual leave fixed and will not increase. Not able to get benefit even your work required it.

      Good, had a lot of opportunities. Doing hands on as well as mentor from senior. Continuous learning

      Minimal rewards and benefit. Only made available for Australia not to whole group. Last review is on 2012.

      No pros to speak of.

      Cons

      Chaotic management and greenhorn CEO with the Midas touch in reverse has created a demoralising workplace. Australians aren't good enough for this company - they much prefer employing cast-off poms with neo-colonialist pretensions. Most of the good people, along with quite a few senior managers who were useless, are gone - the whole family got thrown out with the bath water. Demoralising workplace with no growth opportunities for talented and loyal people.
