Australians aren't good enough for this company - they much prefer employing cast-off poms with neo-colonialist pretensions. Most of the good people, along with quite a few senior managers who were useless, are gone - the whole family got thrown out with the bath water. Demoralising workplace with no growth opportunities for talented and loyal people.
