      Bad working environment, Low level salary, Great office politics, Salary increment scam, they says like this year there will be no increment. And some employees have not received increment of 2 years, and at tthe time of Resignation they will say like we will not give you increment. They dont care if you are 13 year experience developer if you are no longer use they will left you also. Many more to see
