Whilst working there I saw a staff member making a non offensive light hearted joke and this was taken out of context and used as an excuse to fire her. I could never focus on my work because when the sales guy wasn't ringing his bell he was fighting with customers. One day I was at my desk admittedly I got there just few minutes to 9:00 and was told off for being "almost late". I saw the development managers try and control people by limiting their use of communications and messaging apps. The Director seemed to get very easily offended by the smallest of things. I was once explaining something to him and I said "oh that's nothing actually it's not important..."... I could see on his face he looked upset so I had to backpedal and explain everything. The software was absolute rubbish. I hope it has since improved. The managers weren't at all supportive... In fact they were pretty terrible... It was definitely one of the worst companies I've worked for. As far as my career goes I was in a rut... On poor pay working for a terrible company. I'm glad things are better now.
